| Your question | Who answers |
| My invitation link does not open, or it has expired | Your management: it asks Lenarta for a new link and passes it to you |
| I lost my phone | Tell your management or write to us: we cut the phone's access after checking with your management |
| My hours are wrong | A forgotten clock-out is corrected in the app, with its reason: your management decides. For any other error, tell your management |
| My personal data | Your employer is responsible for your work data. Write to privacy@lenarta.ch: we pass your request to your employer |
| Delete my account | In the app: Me, then Delete my account. Otherwise: lenarta.ch/en/suppression |
| A problem with the app | support@lenarta.ch |
| A security vulnerability | security@lenarta.ch |
Frequently asked questions
How do I open my invitation?
Tap the link your management sent you, on the phone where Lenarta is installed. If the link does not open, open Lenarta, tap "I have a code" and type the 10-character code from your management.
My link says it has already been used.
A link works once and for 72 hours. If you did not open it yourself, tell your management.
I have no network on site.
Clock in anyway. Each clock-in is first written on your phone and leaves as soon as the network is back, once only.
I am changing phones.
Ask your management for a new invitation. Your past hours are kept.
Who sees my hours?
Your management and the people your employer designates. The Me screen, section "Data shared with your employer", says so.
Does the app know my location?
No. This version does not ask for it.
In which languages?
French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Albanian, Serbo-Croatian (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian), Turkish, English and Spanish. Translations other than French are first versions: native speakers review them before the service starts.
